The Account Center reminds you: If you visit this site on the mobile terminal and browser provided by the Account Center, it is seen as accepting the following privacy policy. The Account provides basic identity verification, including two-factor verification, one-time authentication code and other functions, to achieve single sign-on of the system within the Group. Users are clearly aware of the facts listed in this privacy policy and reach an agreement with the Account Center to accept all terms of service and privacy policies.
We attach great importance to protecting the personal information and privacy of users. We understand that the information you provide to us through the Internet is based on trust in us. We value this trust and are well aware of the importance of privacy to you. We will do our utmost to protect your privacy. 2. Information Collection

In order to provide you with better services, the Account Center will follow the principle of "reasonable, relevant, and necessary" and will not collect information that is prohibited by laws and regulations. Considering the importance of the Account Center, user services, users agree that the Account Center will collect the information you enter on the Account Center or provide to us in other ways, mainly including:
(1) Registration function
A. For FIH employees, registration is not required and they can log in to this website and related websites directly using their work ID and default password.
B. For Foxconn/Hon Hai employees, we need you to provide your work ID (i.e. account), name, email address, phone number (optional), extension number (optional), basic account creation date (i.e. employment date), gender, department code, grade, job title, the last 6 digits of your ID number, birthday, associated persons, etc., to establish your basic account information.
C. For suppliers/customers, we need you to provide account (recommended email address), name, email address, phone number (optional), extension number (optional), basic account creation date (default date), gender, last 6 digits of ID number, birthday, associated person, etc. You are also required to provide supplier code/customer code for sub-systems permission reference.
(2) Login verification
A. For FIH internal employees, when you use the login verification function of this site, we will obtain your work ID (i.e. account number), name, email, phone number, date of employment, gender, department code, grade, job title and other information from the FIH personnel system for you to check/confirm whether the relevant information is correct. In order to ensure the normal operation of the login service and verify the legitimacy and security of the device used and the login identity, we need to access your terminal network IP and other client information.
B. For Foxconn/Hon Hai employees, we use the information you provide when you register and the information you log into your terminal.
C.For suppliers/customers, we use the information you provide when registering and the information on your login terminal.
(3) One-time verification (TOTP)
You can choose to enable a one-time verification code (TOTP) to improve the security of your account. To enable/disable/reset the one-time verification code function, you will need to provide information such as your account number, ID number, and birthday to verify your identity.
(4) Image information (photos)
If you use the scan code function of the "Believe" App to log in to this site, our application may need to access the address of the avatar you uploaded on Believe to display and confirm whether it is you. Sub-sites/sub-systems legally registered in the Account Center will also share this information.
(5) Browser information
In order to solve browser compatibility and friendliness issues, we need to collect information such as your browser type and browser version.

3. Use of information

(1) While enjoying the various services provided by the Account Center, you authorize and agree to accept the Account Center to send relevant information to your mobile phone, email, etc., including but not limited to verification codes, login information, etc.
(2) You are fully aware that we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to use personal information in the following circumstances:
• Related to national security and national defense security;
• Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
• Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
• For the purpose of protecting the major legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
• The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of personal information on its own initiative;
• Your personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
• Necessary for signing a contract according to your requirements;
• Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling product and/or service failures;
• Necessary for legal news reporting;
• Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside world, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
• Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

• In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;

After a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you. 10. User Personal Information Management

(1) You can log in to "Account Center" - "Profile" at any time to check and correct your account information. If you have any questions, you can contact the Account Center customer service at tommy.dt.bian@fih-foxconn.com.
(2) For non-FIH personnel, you can call the Account Center customer service number(such as 03165898888-76365 in China) and complete the account cancellation after verification by the customer service.After canceling an Account Center account, all information in your account will be cleared, and we will no longer collect, use or share personal information related to the account, but we still need to preserve the previous information for the period required by the regulator, and the competent authorities still have the right to inquire according to law during the period of preservation in accordance with the law.

11. Related party connection instructions

We have connected to the "Believe" platform and the Central Authorization Center platform (Foxconn/Hon Hai Group) to implement relevant login methods.According to the authorization, we will obtain the authorized information of the above two platforms, including but not limited to work ID, name, email, avatar, department, etc.

12. Visit our website from outside of Mainland China

If you visit our website from outside of Mainland China, please note that your information may be transmitted to, stored in, and processed in Mainland China.
